Horrific experience! I would not recommend this business to any of my friends or relatives. The doctor was very rude and overall made visits extremely uncomfortable. I would state that the contacts that were fitted were very blurry and he would simply say just try it and continuously send me out the door. This happened many times in FIVE visits in a row. Absolutely nothing was resolved and he proceeded to tell me that there was nothing he could do for me. Basically my time spent there was a waste. I've worn contacts for my whole life and had recently changed insurance plans so I was searching for a new doctor. I most definitely would never recommend cy-fair eye care to anyone.
We had an awful experience with this business and the owner doesn't care enough to return calls.Think twice before going there and good luck if you have insurnace as the personnel is not knowledegable.
