We are more than a gym. We are a place of community, inspiration and results. We provide award-winning adult fitness and sports performance training for youth, collegiate and professional athletes. Our programs are backed by science and developed by some of the most educated performance coaches in the industry. Our forward-thinking approach to collaboration with hospital systems, professional sports teams, universities and independent school districts is setting new standards for health and performance training. Our ATH-Cypress facility is located on the Memorial Hermann Cypress campus inside the Memorial Hermann Sports Park. Inside the sports park, we have UT Physicians and The Memorial Hermann | Rockets Sports Medicine Institute in addition to the training programs ATH provides. Fitness and training programs provided at ATH-Pearland include: - Personal training - Group fitness classes for adults - Sports training for ages 8 and up - Performance training for collegiate athletes, professional athletes and olympic athletes - Post-injury training services - team training Our sports training programs include agility training, jump training, strength and conditioning, sprint training, plyometric training, and more. The skills taught in these classes benefit ALL sports from soccer, swimming, football, basketball, softball, baseball, lacrosse, to volleyball and beyond. Our adult fitness training includes weight lifting, functional fitness, HIIT, cardio, core and more. You'll never do the same workout twice in this program. We include modifications to meet you where you're at, so whether you're just starting your fitness journey or you're a seasoned pro, you can benefit from our training. We also host fitness events and sports camps during school breaks. Our full-size, outdoor, lit turf is available for sports rentals year-round. Come try us out today!
