This was my first time taking my dog, or any dog I've ever owned for that matter, to a pet grooming. They did everything I told them to. Nails cut, shaved and bathed him which smelled a lot better than whatever he rolled in before I took him in. I was very satisfied unlike the last person who clearly thinks her dogs are people and should be treated that way. I mean...comon

I took two of my dogs to Puppyland to have their nails clipped. There were 2 ladies working and each one took a dog to work on. The lady who took my male dog and put him on a table then put a leash type restraint around his neck. He was scared and started to urinate. So she left him on the table while she walked in the back to get some paper towels. As she walked away he backed up and fell off the table and is now HANGING by his neck. I am screaming at her, OMG - get my dog!!!!! And she is just standing there looking at me. I let myself behind the gate they have that separates the grooming area from the retail area and got my dog. I don't know why I didn't just take him and walk out. I let her trim his nails and in the meantime the other lady who was working on my female dog is trimming her nails and she is yelping. They cut her nails way too short and made her bleed! I know that sometimes happens, and it's hard if the dog is a bit squirmy, but come on!!!! I will NEVER go back!!
