I see Dr Peppard due to a chronic spinal condition. Before I saw the Doctor I had difficulty turning my head and had poor upper body posture. The doctor's work restored my ability to turn my head more naturally and much improved my ability to stand fully straight. I still see him for my condition (maintenance: he fixes it, I "fall" apart, he fixes it again). He carefully checks my range of motion and looks for discomfort and pain for my limb and back motion prior to working on my spine. Dr. Peppard is on the gentle side compared to the various previous chiropractors I've visited.
