This shop had the dress I wanted but the service was horrible. I paid 40 dollars to have the dress in early and it was still two months late while I was given the runaround on the phone. Once my dress was in, and I let them know my budget they still steered me toward expensive veils. To cap it all off, when I came in for my fitting, their 'recommended' person did not show up at all. After which they tried to sell me a special bag for my dress. I was insulted to say the least and with only two weeks until my wedding, I was left to find time to get a new person to get the dress fitted. I would not recommend Wishes and Whims to anyone.

I visited every bridal store in a 50 mile radius and this was the first store that made me feel welcome. The staff was helpful and not overbearing. They let me try on as many wedding dresses as I wanted without being noticably irritated with me. I found my wedding dress, and bridesmaids dresses and a dress for my mom. I will definetly recommend them to all my friends.
