Provided by YPmobileGood providers, great nursing, good support staff. POOR or SELECTIVE billing office practices. This office insisted on sending my small copay bills to another healthcare institute where I have no authority to receive mail. I confronted this issue several times (4 or 5 times) with clinic secretaries but was unable to resolve their billing address error..during this episode my copay bills were referred to collection but the billing super told me I would not be turned away for emergency service. I forsee myself making a few ER visits for health concerns which could be best done in a regular office visit. Cut Bank is an isolated burg and it would seem that with my medicare A & B health plan and the marketplace health insurance that I could still receive ongoing care for my disability and regular preventive care, along with age appropriate cancer screenings, etc. I see that I am ineligible to use the county health clinic due to jurisdictional concerns which re-surfaced during a drunk driving case involving a local state senator

Provided by YPmobileThese people had some kind of billing system problem where my billing address was listed as another health care facility on the NR campus. Both myself and clinic secretaries confronted this issue but my bills arrived to my home address late and in the time the bills were languishing at the improper address they were sent to collections. I spoke with the billing supervisor who then accepted the amount of the co-pays then informed me I could be seen stabilising an emergency or transfer to another facility. There is a gov,t required notice to that effect in all health facilities.
I forsee myself presenting at the ER (after hours) for concerns best treated in an office situation which I lost access to because of an institution generated wrong address which both me and office secretaries were unable to right. In spite of the good healthcare available at the clinic I am now seeking primary care and ongoing services for both my normal health and special health needs as per my disability. Cut Bank is isolated and there are no intervening opportunity for preventive care or ongoing care in the immediate area..
I have always had a positive experience at this facility for the 20 plus years I was welcome as a regular established patient. It was only their own billing issue that derailed my established regular medical care. I now must use the much higher price ER until I manage to find a provider willing to accept a fully insured patient. Yes I could have given this place an outstanding rating on the quality of care but the damaging billing problems leave me foraging for local care and using the ER for non emergency conditions that medicare, medicaid and my new insurance may not be willing to pay as per their normal policy.

Provided by YP.comWhile living in northern MT we had occassion to use this facility and the clinic quite often. We used the ER and even had our daughter at Northern Rockies. The doctors and nurses were exceptionally skilled and friendly. I would recommend this facility for any and all needs.
