I would not give this company even the one Start I did. They have nothing but excuses...I called to get a new garbage can as the wind had blown the lid off. This was done back in July here it is the end or the beginning of Sept and 3 phone calls later and still no new trash can!!!!! Plus found a better service way cheaper!!!!!!! On top of all of this they didn't even pick our trash up even though it was out there well before 7AM!!!!

I had a bag of garbage sitting on the ground by my garbage can. The lazy garbage man, seeing the bag, completely ignored it and left the bag there for the birds to tare apart. I would not recommend Sander Sanitation, they are horrible, and when I went to call to complain, there was no answer or answering machine to leave my complaint. Seriously, if there was a bag of garbage in plain sight, its the mans job to pick it up, even if you charge me more, I don't care, I just wanted the garbage gone, simple as that...

The people before are completely false and wrong. Sander sanitation has been picking up my trash for many years now, with outstanding quality and service. I recommend this company to anyone who wants great service for a great price. If you dont like it then complain like the previous comments.

I just canceled my service after 2 years and they were extremely rude. We could never get ahold of the Gillette office, they skipped picking up our garbage at least every other week and still billed for the whole amount and never credited it when they said they would, and their drivers ruined two of our dumpsters. When I finally canceled our service they failed to contact their main office and we recieved another bill...I had to call their main office twice to dispute the bill and when I called their office in Custer to discuss why they were EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional and didn't want to hear any of my complaints. They said they couldn't get ahold of their Gillette office either, OBVIOUSLY there's a problem here. I would not recommend them for garbage pick up to anyone that wants quality service.

While camping at Dalton Lake near Nemo the last week of June I noted a Sanders garbage truck coming down the road very quickly. The posted speed is 10 MPH. I had 9 grandchildren playing in my campsite. When I addressed it with the driver his comment was to the effect of " Ya ya, I'm well aware of it" and drove off. This is dangerous and ver unprofessional.

We pay for our dumpster to be dumped every week. There are times that there is nothing in it but we pay for it just the same. They frequently just drive bye assuming there is nothing in it but there actually is. They told us that they would credit Feb. and Mar. and they haven't yet because we are now receiving late notices demanding payment. I would not recommend this Company to anyone because they don't Dump and Credit as agreed. Even since this situation was brought to their attention they have skipped dumping. BAD SERVICE
