The only reason this place gets even 1 star is because the girl who does housekeeping does a fabulous job.The so called managers, Carolyn & Daniel Tate are the most lazy, unprofessional & rude duo. We observed many of their actions during our stay there. Carolyn never bothers to get dressed and runs around the property in a nasty cigarette burned short gray robe. She pounds on the guests doors yell "manager, open up now", while her husband Daniel dresses like he's some kind of longrider with a gun at his side & threatens or kicks out guests on bogus complaints. Then they don't refund the money the guests were charged. Nice scam they've got going.When guests make requests for amenities that are advertised they are told by Daniel if they don't like the way things are run here that they can get out.These so called managers have this huge dog that they let run loose all over the property. They never pick up after the dog. Instead, they hose it into the grass for guests & their dogs to walk in.Carolyn has been seen " nodding off" dressed in her robe in the office in front of guests where they've had to actually wake her up.Most if the time this disasterous duo spends their days sleeping and all the work is left up to the housekeeper.The motel would never run at all if it wasn't for the housekeeper.We recommend these 2 wannabe managers be fired & let the housekeeper run the place. She's the only one there that does her job & theirs professionally & courteously.
