Worst ever... I had a pair of Merrill shoes soles reglued. They lasted maybe two months and I took them back and spoke to Mr. Prash which said he would redo the work again for $10. I just left. I guess they do not take pride in their work!!

Need shoe, boot, bag, belt, etc repair I the Cumming area? I'm very happy with the zipper replacement on my riding boot for $20. Superb job! It sure beat buying new boots!

Luckily the old man who used to be there retired and now they have these two wonderful owners who helped me fix my 220$ shoes back to its original state. THANK YOU DONT LISTEN TO ANYONE ELSE ABOUT THIS STORE.TRUST ME THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE BUISNESS

I came here because I spilled oil on my pair of Italian leather shoes. Knowing that my shoes were probably ruined, I contacted Cumming Shoe Repair & Alterations to see if they could fix anything. After about a week with my shoes in the store, I go to pick them up only to realize my shoes were SPRAY-PAINTED. They spray-painted my shoes to match the "original color" of the shoes, leaving splattered paint on the inside of the shoes.



When I asked if they could remove the spray-paint, they agreed completely. When I came back to pick up my shoes, the shoes had been de-spray-painted. However, the leather had become very blotchy--making more problems for the shoes.



The customer service was sub-par. They were not helpful and borderline rude. They didn't not offer to give me a refund of only $20. Nor when I asked for a refund, they also refused that.



I would NOT recommend this company. I wouldn't use them for any shoe repair.
