She is really organized and a little bossy but we needed her to tell us how to act at the hearings so that was OK. She knows her stuff and is in court every day. Just listen to her advice and you can't go wrong!

Our family was happy we used her for my husband. She got lots of information on the case so we always knew what was going on. She is so nice we were not sure if she would be tough enough with the other side. Then came court day. We had "Motion Trial to Suppress Evidences" and she knew the law and we won. She was realistic about our chances and did not sugar coat the trouble we were in. She is now our family atty as we have three boys that do not always make the best decision. Everyone at court knows her too so that made us feel better.

attorney Becky was able to get court to drop underage drinking charges that were bogus anyway. very pleased. have used her before. my brother had her too and she kept him out of prison. hire her!

my daughter stole from a store and got in jail. this attorney went and got her set so she did counseling and some free community service and the case went away and she has a clean record. this was 2 yrs ago, she is in college now. I was arrested for a DUI that I felt was not a DUI. I was happy with outcome. The Attorney was able to get them to change it to a reckless driving charge which was fair. No jail and just some probatiuon and a fine. I also was able to move out of state. Much better attorney than my old one I had in 2010!

Hired Attorney Capes in late 2012 to represent my son. He was in trouble with drugs and his probation officer wanted to send him to prison. The attorney was able to get him into a counseling prgm and he has completed the program and has not had to serve any time in jail. Attorney Capes has followed up with the counselor and made sure the probation people and DA knew what was happening and the problem has all been resolved. A great job for my son! And she seems to care, did not just take the money and make the case go away, but gave us direction to get him help for his future.

Becky was able to get my case charges reduced down from a felony to a misdemeanor. It saved my job. She is available by cell all the time and talked to me on Sundays - my only off day. All good things to say about this lady attorney. Have also referred a couple of friends to her and they are happy too.

hey - ya get what ya pay for. she is not the cheapest - pretty reasonable though. knows her way around the courthouse! everyone knows her - she can get to the prosecutor when my old attorney just got blown off. very pleased with her! had to use her twice - for me and my son.

got my case dismissed by using her investigator to maker her own video! don't trust the cops and their video. get this attorney. she knows everyone - walks in the courthouse and everyone speaks highly of her. even the DA seems to like her. fights like hell...
