Brought 2 slacks in for hemming. One pair the hem came out only after the second wear. I brought then in to be addressed. I was told they remembered the slacks and my name but because they did not write it down in their books it would be $4 charge. Clearly not a business that stands behind their work. I tailor just about all my clothes. Poor business that they chose to lose a customer for over $4.00.

This is my favorite tailor shop. The emolyees are always nice and they get the job perfectly done, always in time if not earlier. Also, they have very reasonable prices
