The Staff and Vets have been so extra nice to me and my pets - especially giving Piper her medications which is on-going. They are wonderful to another pet Ernie Boch Jr. I have had service for many years based on my other deceased pets Doctor Jones and Max.
TERRIBLE! My bet was barely examined even when I insisted he was ill. A week later he almost died. I took him to another vet and he had an obvious medical condition.
When we had to put down our dog they were there for us. My wife was out of town and would not be back for 4 days. They understood I could not put our baby down with out my wife so they were able to give my dog pain killer that worked till she got home. Then 5 months later we got 2 new pups and they remembered us when we called to make their first appointment . That is service that is not found to often today.
The folks at Diamond Hill provide exception small animal care. The doctor's are top notch and the entire staff is professional. Everyone there is an animal owner/lover and treat both the patient and the owner with kindness and respect.
