I had water backing up into my house from the washing machine drain. It's the middle of the winter, I start calling around to get prices for pumping my septic tank. Most of the quotes were coming in about the same. However, the gentleman I spoke with at Septi-vac pumping inc. Asked me a few questions and thought it sounded like a soft plug. He told me it was not a good idea to pump the septic tank in the winter because it may crack the tank if it gets too cold. He told me what to do to get me by for the winter. IT WORKED!! I don't think the other people lied to me. However, these folks took an extra few minutes to do what was right. I didn't need my tank pumped yet but when I do I will call Septi-vac pumping inc. I really appreciated him taking a few minutes to save me potentially big $$$ down the road. Thank you
