Two weeks ago I went to Hairway for highlights and bob cut. I had been there many times before this, I was always satisfied and looked great. I went this time showed the woman what I wanted. She had talked on her cell phone several times while working on my hair. I totally didn't get what I asked for. The highlights not the correct color. I received a haircut that I would never wear. My hair had long pieces that shouldn't have been. I called that day asking for the manager, as of this time I haven't had a return call. Not a happy customer.

Got my hair colored by the manager at Hairways. She must of been having an off day to start since she mentioned she had four customers that day for color after my appointment. I asked for my hair to be colored lighter however it turned out darker with red showing. I had to go to another salon to get the red removed and forked out 113 dollars. I was so frustrated because she darken my hair so much that there was no way to get it lighter without stripping out the color and putting color on again. I would of had to spend another 100 or so. In my own opinion, the salon manager is disrespectful and didn't listen to what I was specifically wanted. I never asked for any red to be in my hair and other salons testified that red was definitely in my hair. Just be aware before spending money that could be wasted plus extra time to get it fix. Glad the owner refunded me for the mistake. I do hear that the other employees are great besides the manager.

I came in from Glen Burnie to get my hair done for a wedding I was attending.. Ashley did my hair. She listened to what I asked for and she did a fantastic job. I got a great number of compliments on my hair that day. I will definitely see her again when I am in town with just to get my hair done.
