The mission of Allegany County Teachers Federal Credit Union is to fulfill the needs of ALL of its member owners by becoming their primary financial institution that provides innovative products and services to meet the financial goals of individuals of all ages. Allegany County Teachers Federal Credit Union will offer innovative products and services in an effort to create a diversified membership that provides for adequate; yet, controlled, future growth and development of assets, market share, loans, and net worth as we remain committed to the credit union movement and our core values. Through employee growth, development, and empowerment, we will create a team atmosphere that embraces “change” and seeks to efficiently execute that change supporting strategic and stable growth and development in the long-term. As a team, we will seek to be the primary financial institution of ALL of our members-owners by providing and cross-selling prompt, competitive, and high quality financial services in a fair, friendly, and professional manner. With our experienced staff and many dedicated volunteers who continue to devote their valuable time and knowledge to the credit union movement, we will continue to give our members excellent service at a reasonable cost. The staff at this credit union are like family to me, which is why I could never consider leaving here and going anywhere else.

The atmosphere in here feels less like a business and more like a family. It is just a pleasant place to be and I really enjoy doing my banking here.

This is the kind of place where everyone will get to know you and offers you great personal service. My husband is also a fact of the online baking. They are great!

My wife and I love it here. We have been with them for over 15 years so I think that could tell you how satisfied we are. Everyone is very kind and we have never encountered a problem.

I have had a lot of experience dealing with loans and ACTFCU is above par in getting you the help you need. They will remember you by name and are easy to work with.

I have been a member here for 13 years now, and what I like most is the promptness of the service and the cashiers and managers are very friendly and efficient,I would most definitely recommend them.

Everything gets done in a timely manor. I have no quants with them and that's why I have stayed with them for years.
