      Serving the Allegany, Garrett, and surrounding areas. About Us Adams & Sons Construction Company Inc. has been in business in the Cumberland area for over 50 years. The business was originally started by Bill Adams in 1967. He and his wife Linda have run the business together since 1970. They are both still active in the business. The company has always taken great pride to do quality work. Our two sons, Mike and JP, also work in the business. They are the second generation to oversee the business. For many years, the main scope of our business has been in excavating. We do both commercial and residential work. Our work includes installation of water, building roads, land clearing, building ponds, and complete site preparation for projects. We are also licensed to install complete septic systems for Allegany County. In 2003, the company branched out to include modular homes. This division is overseen by our son, Mike. The home manufacturer we currently work with is Professional Buildings Systems. Click here for house plans: www.pbsmodular.com Mike is the sales representative for this company. We can complete all the excavation work including the foundation, all utility lines, and water and sewer lines, or septic systems. We work with very reputable subcontractors to set the homes, pour the foundation walls, and install plumbing and heating systems. After the homes are complete, we can do all the final grading around the home which includes completing the yard, seeding, and mulching.
