"Helping the disabled obtain cash benefits."

General Info

CDA assists disabled people in applying for disability benefits from the Social Security Administration. CDA represents clients at the initial, the reconsideration, and the administrative law judge hearing levels. Once your CDA representative accepts a case, he/she will gather relevant medical and vocational evidence in support of your case. In addition, the representative will evaluate those documents looking for key points to support your contention that you are totally disabled. The representative will then formulate a persuasive argument on your behalf. Finally, the representative submits a formal argument to SSA. CDA offers a free, no obligation case review to give the client a better understanding of the strength of his/her case.
