I had the best experience today at the American Tire Depot in Culver City. Already when I called around Noon today Sunday 1.18.15 the new manager Diego there sounded on the ball and very professional on the phone he immediately answered my questions and proposed a plan of action to find out what I needed with my tire, then set me up for an appointment within the next hour. I went there, it's easy to find,and the good experience continued. Within a very short time my car was up so they could see if my tire could be fixed or if I needed a new tire. In 1 hours all my problems were solved. They fixed the tire and I was ready to go. When I asked how much I owed them he said no charge. I am delighted that they could fix my tire. He was the 4th person I had gone to. He was the only one who knew how to handle the situation in a professional manner. He proposed a plan and followed through on it. Had the tire not been fixable he has already detailed what our next steps were going to be. Diego is a great problem solver, he is a great listener and is a go getter. I am very happy to recommend him and his shop. Next time I need tires I will drive and work with him even though there is another depot close to where I live. Thank you Diego. SANDA ALCALAY

I needed 2 front tires and i called around and finally called american tire depot.they were able to take me in right away.It turned out i needed 4 tires altogether and they gave me a great price.They did an awesome job and i would recommend this place to anyone.My car is driving very smooth and luv my tires. Thanks to the staff for making me feel comfortable!!
