VHS Property Management is a locally owned and managed Real Estate Brokerage Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia. We have been managing homes since 2008 and specialize in the leasing and management of residential properties including Single Family, Condos, Townhomes and Multi-unit homes in Culpeper, Fauquier, Fredericksburg, Madison, Orange, Rappahannock, Spotsylvania and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves by properly maintaining homes for our owners which attracts and keeps qualified tenants. In fact, on average our homes lease within 15-30 days of listing. We are always very conscientious of our client’s expenses and work with contractors that provide quality work at a fair price. Our goal is to keep long-term tenants for long-term investment properties. If an owner is leasing for a shorter time, we seek the right tenants to avoid high turnover rates. Because we maintain and address repairs quickly our average tenancy period is 3 years. We have the knowledge and experience you need to reduce your liability as an owner.
