Provided by YPmobileDr. Stein is very thorough and knowledgeable. My son was there for a well-check and Dr. Stein spent a lot of time with us; examining and answering my questions in detail. The staff is very polite and the nurses were wonderful with my son, especially when he was worried about his shots.

Provided by YP.comWe went to this practice 5 times, mainly because of the amazing nurses. The doctor, however, is another story. We waited about an hour, each time, to see him. Several times, we came all the way to the office, waited, and then were told to reschedule because the doctor had overbooked. Once, we were charged a copay for a visit we did not even have-- the doctor was not even in town that week, and, yet, the staff had down that we received a full visit (with no one at the office??). So, we paid for a visit we never had, for a doctor we had never seen, for an "illness" we never had. And we never went back.

Provided by YP.comWe tried this practice after our baby was born-- imagine waiting over an hour with a 2 day old, breastfed newborn. Nightmarish. When he finally did see us, he was rough with the baby and condescending to us when we asked questions, actually holding his hand up, if he was speaking and you wanted clarification on something he was saying. Twice, he actually didn't come to our appointment (the staff told us, "He's not coming. You'll have to reschedule." So we took time off work and wasted an entire morning for nothing). The nurses are great-- which is why we went back again-- but after 2 of the 4 times we visited actually ending up with a "no show" doctor (who, apparently, double books appointments because of frequent cancellations-- I wonder why these occur!!), we decided to leave, never to return. It was the best decision we ever made.
