Love Ms. Holmes, the owner. She went the extra mile, spend time with my daughter and helped us pick "THE" dress. All the assistants were friendly and eager to help. Great selection. We will definitely go back again.

Classy lady is 100% better than it was a year ago, there is a new staff and they actually take time to help you and truly seem to care about finding you exactly what your looking for, so glad i gave them a second chance

I truly give them no stars! They completely ruined my senior prom. I have always bought my formal wear from them, but after this year I will never set foot back in the place. First off they were rude and most of the time unhelpful. And then once I had selected my dress they were supposed to have checked if anyone from my school had purchased the dress from them. They failed to do this and due to this I am stuck with the same dress as another girl in my class. When I confronted them with the problem they would not work to fix it. I no longer recommend these people to anyone!!!!!!

I went to classy ladies to get a dress because i was going to be in a pagent. The lady that helped me was very sweet and showed me different dresses in my size that I might like. I found the perfect dress but it didnt fit me just right. They altered the dress to my size and it looked great. I also got lessons on how to walk on stage, they were very helpful. I would certainly recommend this for women and men.

The classy lady is a wonderful place to buy your dress for whatever occasion you may need it for. They have the biggest collection of dresses from all the big name designers. For the ones that can't find anything on the rack, Classy Lady can also order about anything you want. The women that work there make you feel really comfortable and are super sweet. You shouldn't have a problem feeling at home!

I bought a dress from the classy lady and the lady that helped me was very helpful and really took the time to listen to me. This is great store and they have a wide variety of dresses to choose from. I don't know why the other woman wrote a bad review....I didn't talk to anyone there that was rude.

I WENT IN THE STORE AND BOUGHT 3 DRESSES AND SOME BRIDEMAIDS DRESSES. THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY RUDE TO ME AND DIDNT EVEN APPRECIATE MY PURCHASE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. I WOULD GO TO HUNTSVILLE IF I COULD DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN

I bought 2 dresses (800.00) for my girls- the dresses are beautiful-- classy lady would not even hem the dresses- I was told 3 different prices- and the sales woman was very rude- I would not recommend this dress shop.
