Really had no issues while living here

Tons of changes since new management! Very family and kid friendly community! I love living here...it's very convienent to schools and shopping. Had some issues with maintenance man when I first moved in but they have recently had a change in maintenance, seems to be working out great. new management goes out of their way to accommodate your needs!

I lived there earlier this year, and last year. The management staff and maintainence are prompt, caring and attentive, and accomodating. I was happy living there, there is a nice, clean pool, laundry facilities, back patios, and sufficient yard for children to play on.

Granted, these apartments are over 30 years old and in dire need to renovations, but my family and I have lived there for the past 2 1/2 years and we have had no problems with teenagers that take over, ferocious dogs on the loose, police being called when the children are playing. As a matter of fact, during the summer time most of the children played out side well past the time that I brought mine in for the night and everything was fine. I will state again, there is no mistaking that these apartments need complete renovations and updating, but if you follow the rules, then there isn't too much of a problem living here.

I moved out in Feb. 1, 2011 and left the apt. in great shape. I never had a problem with management and I was always mindful of my neighbors. It is now mid Sept. and have still not received my deposit check. I have called multiple times just to be told that management has changed and it may be a month or two. I can never get anyone to call me back and nobody ever answers the phone. I would not recommend living here.

I hate living here. If you don't think or live the way management thinks that you should, you get screwed. Since the new manager has been there it has went down hill. She moves very trashy people into the apartments. Plus, the new owners are Birmingham big shots who want to suck up as much money as they can! Oh, it is stressed that you should pick up your dogs poop, but the manager is special, she let's her dogs out (no leash) and poop wherever they wish. So I refuse! She is no better than me!

This place is terrible with terrible management. We have been gone for almost two years and just got a collection letter for over $400. We have never been contacted about owing anything. We gave notice and left the apartment in good shape with no damage. This is a rip off. DO NOT RENT HERE

I can't even give them one star! But this thing makes me. I thought it was a nice apartment for its age and price, thought the management and maintenance were nice...WRONG! I have maintenance problems that have never been fixed but reported promptly, the walls are like paper, and when I did get maintenance to come I was not home and they smoked in my apartment. Urgh!

Horrible place to live. Will honor contract and then I will move. Children are not allowed to play. If they make just a little bit of noise, the police are called. My family has been miserable since we moved in to these apartments.

This place my look safe but its not. Vandalism and theft are big problems here. I first moved in here and thought it was alright, now all the management does is rent to teenagers who pack together to get their first apartment. If your moving to cullman, look on the out skirts of town or go to musgrove, they are more expensive but you will feel safer.
