Yasmin Panjwani, APRN-C is a certified advanced practice registered nurse with nearly five years of experience in family medicine. Her areas of focus include acute and chronic illness management, annual physicals, and preventative medicine. Yasmin is fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati and Swahili and treats patients ages 5 and older. Yasmin is committed to treating her patients as a whole throughout their lives with compassionate, evidence based care. She takes pride in improving their quality of life through increasing their health literacy and empowering them beyond their office visit. In her free time, Yasmin enjoys traveling, volunteering and music.
