this company is run by a bully. he will let you know about all his lawyers and insurance if you have a problem with your lawn. i am over 60 and had to replace my entire front yard due to their lack of ability and more their "i don't care" demeanor. i've been a home owner since 1976 and i've had a few problems that were corrected just like everyone else but never have i lost a yard that was sodded less than ten years ago. please if you are looking for a pest company for your yard, go elsewhere. Management is horrible. I was a good customer, paid every month and then it became my fault my yard died. Geez, when you hire someone for a job and they mess up, how is it your problem? Oh yes and the term "its not an exact science" sort of protects them while taking your money. possibly i should recoup the money I paid every month for this bad service. I believe in CARMA too and WHAT GOES AROUND, COMES AROUND. Over the years it has proven itself!!!
