I bought a truck from Shults and I absolutely love it. The owner was extremely helpful. There was a small crack in the windshield and he had promised to come back and he would make a appointment to get it fixed. I went back on Monday morning and he had the appointment set and I took it in and he paid to have it replaced. This is the second vehicle I have bought from them and will continue to buy my vehicles here. I recommend my friends and family all the time..

Terrible. Purchased a vehicle from them that broke down 2 days later an has been in the shop 6 times in 2 months (since purchase). The staff will not return calls to handle my complaint.

My experience with Shults Auto Sales was wonderful. The salesman went above & beyond to get me into the SUV I wanted. I recommend the dealership to friends.

When you go to Shults's lot, go with a mind set that it is the equivalent of a private-party sale with someone you won't ever see again. Once the sale was made they were really of no further assistance with the vehicle. There were several items negotiated during the sale which required Shults to call me back at a later time. They did not ever call me back, nor did they return my messages to them. In addition, On top of that, the transmission on my vehicle died 2.5 weeks after I purchased it. Shults would not contribute towards the repair - offering only to refer me to a shop which would give me a "good" price. Once you give them the check, your business with them is complete and they will not offer any additional service nor assistance on your purchase.
