I was in this store and it was a joke. I was trying to practice some training techniques with a SDiT with different distractions present and the store manager scolded me for doing so. Other locations have been totally accepting of this practice but not this lady, and as I was explaining she just walked away. Terrible experience will never go back to this location!

Just a couple of things. I've used the Banfield Hospital on a couple of occasions and while the level of care was great, The desk staff seems to be a bit lacking in that they wanted to schedule un-necessary appointments only because they weren't reading the paperwork in detail. Same with the groomers. They told me that my pets rabies vaccination was due to expire when it had accually been renewed the Tuesday before my Friday appointment. The other thing is that the groomer stated, when I asked how long it would take for the service, that they were really busy and that I was looking at a 2-3 hour wait. All this, while there was only 1 dog being groomed at the time and there were 10-12 stations sitting empty. In any case, I think they need to improve on their communications skills.
