I had made a reservation with another cab company. the company I had made a reservation 24 hours in advance called me shortly before they were due to pick me up and told me they didn't have a cab available to pick me up for a medical procedure I was scheduled for and couldn't drive myself. I called Crystal Lake Cab and they were at my door in minutes. The driver was timely, fast, polite, a safe driver. The cab was clean and tidy and smelled fresh. I WILL call them next time I need a cab.
