Awful experience. My furnace is 12 years old. The tech Jeremy came in and without even opening it he said we need a new furnace because its too old. The tech was so clueless that he could not even figure out the switch on the side of it was off. He immediately started to try to sell us a circuit board. He took a picture of it and showed the person at the next house he went to complaining about how dirty MY furnance was. He didn't know it but that was my mom. Oops. The tech also complained loudly about "not making any money for doing this for $50.".
Then, he went to one of my rental properties. Within 15 min I had three of my tenants saying the tech Jeremy told them the furnances were so dangerous the were going to die. He got them all scared and freaked out. He also turned their furnaces AND hot water heaters off. the owner Nick called me a slum lord and cussed profusely at me. At several points I had to tell him to stop cussing. I had another furnance guy come out, cleaned the furnances and gave them all a clean bill. My wife keeps calling the owner Nick a snake oil salesman. Beware if you call them, and your furnace isnt brand new, you will definitely need a new one.
