I just had surgery in South county. My husnadbanf went through the drive through with my prescriptions and when they asked him when it needed he said right away my wife just had surgery. They told him it would be two hours! My pain medication they me after surgery is wearing off quickly so I'm in alot of pain from my surgery! I will have to change pharmacies. They use to give prescriptions from surgery priority. Terrible!!!!!
I have never in my life met anyone who is as incompetent as this pharmacy. Took 7 attempts to get 1 script filled here and changed pharmacies. Lisa is so RUDE in person and on the phone. This is not what good customer service is I feel sorry for the person on the other end but it will no longer be me.

Wow, what customer service. Just spoke with Melissa and she rocked it. She listened to me, and gave me an answer in seconds. And this isnt the first positive experience. I have processed about 10 prescriptions over the last few months and they have all been very positive experiences.
