Worked there briefly. Owner only cares about $ not the animals at all. Did not feed dogs Christmas day when I was off. I know this b/c the day after I came in and not ONE dog had pooped overnight or that morning! He told clients that the dogs were staying in runs but actually over booked and several dogs were put in smaller cages with no runs in a building behind the pet resort. Also don't bother paying for the "extras" cause your pet is not getting them. When customers were unsatisfied for any reason he just ignored thier phone calls. He also would not give me my last paycheck, I had to contact DLLR and they did an investigation before I finally got my $. Spend your $ somewhere else! Infact avoid kennels altogether if you can!

I take my young dog to training classes at Happy Tails, and have used them for boarding in the past. I found the staff to be very friendly and personable. I decided to put my dog in the Doggie Daycare program they have. I was a tad worried on her first day - because she had never been in daycare, but the lady at the front desk was very reassuring and told me that I could call later in the day and they would freeze the webcam on her play yard so that I could watch her for a while to see how she's doing.It was so nice to be at work and be able to keep an eye on my dog via their doggie cam, and see how she interacted and played with the other dogs!When I picked up my dog, she seemed very happy and she slept like a rock that night.With any business, there will be satisfied and unsatisfied customers. But for me, so far so good. I'd say give them a try for yourself and see. :)
We recently boarded three dogs with this kennel. Upon questioning their bill (in a reasonable manner), they were rude, defensive, and generally uncooperative. They have no interest in building a new client base. We were very disappointed in this facility -- we even went out of our way to try and "mend fences". Their response was to hang up on the customer -- NOT GOOD!
