Regardless of which office we visit, Puntillo and Crane Orthodontics staff are great! They are all so helpful and friendly and take the time to make sure the patient is comfortable, understands what is going to happen at the appointment and why and really make you feel like they care.

I am very pleased with my treatment at Puntillo and Crane. I feel each and every staff member there are very cordial and kind. Each assistant that has worked with me has been very thorough and explains everything in detail. Dr. Puntillo and Dr. Crane are very detailed which makes me know I am receiving the best treatment possible. I look forward to seeing my new smile!!!!

Dr. Puntillo and Dr. Crane are wonderful orthodontists. I have been coming to them for a year now with my Invisalign treatment and my teeth have dramatically improved. Although the doctors are wonderful, I ultimately went with them because of the front desk staff. They are friendly and personable. After my first visit, they knew my name and remembered to ask about my two kids and genuinely seemed to care about what was going on with my life. Aside from the staff, the offices are updated and clean and obviously kept up, it's a comfortable atmosphere to be in.

Had lower braces put on for the first time in 7 years. It was quick, painless, and the customer service was great. The staff at the office are friendly and professional - both of those qualities are extremely important to me and not all offices have staff who can display both. I was impressed! However, I didn't receive any brushes or wax to help me take care of my braces before I left. Overall, it was a good experience!
