Always friendly, extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain diagnosis no matter how simple or complex. I appreciate that Mark and Rich kept me informed on progress of work and offered less expensive alternatives to parts and accessories. It was refreshing that what service was NOT needed was addressed and thus not charged. They really work for the benefit of the customer. Last August I took my son's PC there to make sure it was ready for the Crown Point School blended learning program because a friend recommended them. I have a Mac and this time called another Mac user friend to ask where he takes his Macs and before I mentioned CS he recommended. Computer Solutions also quoted a significantly lower price than the other computer repair business I contacted. D.V.

Computer solutions are great. the techs are friendly and they really know what they are doing. Thier great at finding parts at a low price. Theres no sales pitch or B.S with them. They are straight forward with you. I will be a repeating customer for a long time.
