My first visit was amazing! However, today I tried to see Dr. Chadwick for the 2nd time. I thought I had finally found a doctor in-network that I enjoy and trust. However, I was denied service because the receptionist claimed I had not met my deductible and refused to see me unless I paid 60 something up front. According to the insurance company I have met my deductible and "standard practice" is to bill you for any cost. Despite my requests to pay them on my next payday they refused to see me, which was an embarrassing experience to be told that in front of the entire waiting room.
