Chelsea Spa & Nails opened under New Management this summer and I was very pleased with the pedicure I received. I had recently had hip surgery and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, The staff was attentive and the pedicure was great (a warm oil heel treatment is included in the basic pedicure!) I am going back this week for both a manicure and pedicure- I hope to have another great experience!
