      Bought a 1/4 side of beef from a farmer and Ethan processed it. We've bought sides of beef before but I've never had it trimmed as beautiful as Ethan did. I also love the way it's packaged, in cellophane instead of freezer paper. This way you can see what the meat looks like. Highly recommend Flemings Meat Processing!!!
