      Soft washing is a quiet,low pressure wash method using a variety of safe biodegradable cleaning solutions,unlike high pressure power washing that can possibly cause visual damage to your shingles,diminishing the life of your roof,and it could void your roofs warranty. Who Wants That? Nobody! I say quiet because I use a battery powered electric pump system with dedicated tanks that hold my cleaning solution. Thats a plus my customers can appreciate when doing roofs. No loud engine screaming throughout the neighborhood. Don't get me wrong, I do use a pressure washer and have used it often for many jobs like filthy stained wood decks or badly stained brick that just needs that extra punch of pressure but never on a roof. With my soft wash system,all I do is spray the roof with the solution,let it dwell for about 15 to 20 minutes,depending on how bad it is to kill the mold and algae,then I give it a thorough rinse through my pumps without much more pressure then your homes garden hose. Yep,that's right,I don't just spray and forget it leaving all that dead fungus and algae on your roof for the next several rains to wash it away like some other company's do. I take the extra time to rinse it away so you can see the results right away and get your roof back to its original look,bright and like new again. The Soft Wash Method can be safely used on: Siding,Roofs,Wood Decks,Composite Decks,Wood Fencing,Vinyl Fencing,Patios, Brick,Sunrooms and other substrates.
