I'm apart of a large community in the Cumberland area. And its been a big buzz that the boss is retiring. And were are all very excited about the change. The plumber is a very reliable and has the knowledge to get the job done. And this is from the experience we have all had. Never have any of us liked the owner. To pushy and doesn't really seem to know what the problem really is. Just a guess and a price. But the plumber is great. We all hope they stay around. If you want honesty and good work call these guys. Great choice.
Great people very friendly, the owner new his stuff his workers are great price is amazing, will always keep them on dail when I need something or have an emergence

the guys that came to my home was great. very friendly. worked hard and got it done.the plumber really knew what he was doin and inpressed me.hes worth the money hands down. i talked to my friends and they agree he is what makes joe and glo. will b calling them again.
These people are the best. They have done work for us in the past with great results at reasonable rates. They came out and helped us yesterday with a problem. This morning our neighbor called, anxious about a leak in his yard. They came out in two hours and fixed it for him at a price he thought was more than fair.
A poor choice for plumbing needs. I had a leaky toilet in a new house that appeared to be the result of a bad wax ring. They replaced the ring, but the leak continued. They suggested the bowl was cracked and suggested a new toilet which I purchased. They installed the new toilet and it seemed OK for a while, but the leak reappeared. With the help of another plumber, I discovered that the toilet flange was recessed slightly from the tile bath floor and the standard wax rings they used were not sufficient (thick enough) to seal the space between the toilet and the flange. Joe and Glo had apparently overlooked this fact on several occasions.......at my expense.
These folks are great! Their estimate for cost and time was accurate, and certainly far below their competition. The job of water and drains was well done to our satisfaction.Note: They are now on West Avenue. P. Westerfield

Had a leaky toilet. Wax ring was replaced, but leak continued. The toilet had a crack in the bowl that was missed on first trip out. Did provide me a small refund and properly installed new toilet..
