I've been using this vet for 20 years with mostly decent results from him. Though we have disagreed over the years once or twice, I always listened to him and respected his knowledge. I'll never use them again - the lady that runs the desk at the Adams street office I am assuming his wife, is appallingly rude and unprofessional,gave out false info about me to someone who I didn't authorize to have access to my info,they also gave info on a dog previously deceased from old age,as if it was current and I just hadn't taken him to the vet...when confronted she blamed me and shirked all responsibility also refusing to give me my animals records so I have to start out at a new vet w no proof I've ever had any of them vetted.Simply horrible the way service has declined here used to be great now isn't even subpar- will never trust my furbabies to these people ever again

They are very fast at getting you in and out, great and friendly service, and reasonable prices. I love this vet and will continue to use it. Dr. Russell lewis is such a great vet and I love how he loves on the animals like they are his own. He always gives my pets hugs, kisses, and just babies them, lol. I use the one on water tank hill in crossville tn. Great vet!!! :)

I recently brought a foster dog in to this vet for treatment, from the moment I contacted them on the phone I was treated with courtesy and professionalism, but they have not lost that human touch either. When I arrived with the dog, she was treated gently, with caring and kindness. I recently moved to the area and will be bringing my own pets to this vet for treatment! Excellent prices as well!

The staff at Highland Vet are amazing! I had brought my collie in for her first vet visit ever and they treated her extreamly well. Even when she had an "Uh Oh!" they treated us with respect and all our needs were met. I would recommend this office to everyone! And on top of that there prices are the best I found in town.
