I never had issues with my fedex packages until I started dropping them off here, I witnessed the driver thrown my $550 parcel onto his truck right in front of me, right after he looked at the 15 FRAGILE GLASS labels I had there, It was witnessed by at least one employee. They just don't care. "oh he probably wont be able to feed his kids because he will have to cover return shipping back himself, plus issue a full refund to the buyer...hahha that's so funny".

Also, YOU DO ACCEPT SMATPOST. I VERIFIED IT ON SPEAKER PHONE WITH THE LADY WHOM SWORE THEY GO TO THE POST OFFICE . THE PO EMPLOYEE NOT ONLY SAID HE DIDNT ACCEOT THEM, BUT RECOMMENDED BUSINESS EXPRESS. If youre dealing with lazy fedex carriers that refuse to pick them up, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Ill never step foot in your "Damaged Package Express' "store" again.
