Around Dec 11, 2014, spent about an hour combing the men's shirts section for around 10 - 12 shirts that I liked - and wanted to try on. At the fitting room, I was informed (politely at first) that there was a a 3 garment limit allowed into the room at a time. Each previous time, (3 or 4), the clerk was flexible and allowed me in with more, as I counted them out before entering. The female clerk that I encountered that day was insistent and staunch. When I offered to count them out, she became rude and borderline irate. I left my carefully selected collection on the counter and left. I've donated dozens of shirts, pants, outerwear and pairs of shoes to Goodwill - never asking for a receipt nor seeking a tax write-off. I have purchased at least several hundred dollars in various items, (mostly clothes), for myself and others from that store. But this woman's behavior has changed my spirit. I can't imagine ever returning. In fact, I'm sure that I won't. michaelmccoy at live.c o m

I want to let you know what a wonderful experience I had at your store. The Cashier, Diane, is so pleasant and makes everyone feel so welcomed. The store is extremely neat and clean and Diane is not only the cashier, but is constantly working and always has a smile on her face!!!! I hope you will let her know what a difference she makes!!!
