The service was good -- attentive and fast. The food was okay -- bland sausage, no maple syrup for their pancakes, corned beef hash from a can. The price was expensive -- way out of line for the quality (if I pay $10 for pancakes I expect maple syrup). Overall disappointing. This was our second and probably last meal at the Nautilus

My daughter was in from Atlanta and we decided that it would be nice to eat out. On a whim driving by we decided to have dinner at the Nautilus on 301. Along with us was my grandaughter and my great-granddaughter. We all ordered pretty subsantially from the menu. My food arrived cold and without any flavor at all. The three adults all felt the same way and we decided to call for the manager. The manager was very curt with us telling us that the reason that our food was cold was because it had sat on our table for 30 minutes, Not so. When our waiter brought my food, I immediately asked why the onion rings were cold and his answer was " I don;t know. The manager took a very bad attitude with us but he did offer us a discount in the end. I don't think that I will be a guest at that restaurant again. It was a very bad ecperience especially since we had arrived very hungry. I would think twice before choosing the Natulis for dining. Upon exiting the diner the manger said to us "Now go and have pizza.

Not friendly to Seniors or wheelachairs! Rude Host refused to seat part of eight including grandparents in empty restaurant. HE EVEN ASKED US TO LEAVE!DO NOT EAT HERE

My husband and I took his parents from Ohio here to eat as well as their friends from Indiana. Overall, it was great! Of course since we havent seen his parents in awhile we were placed in the far back in a nice corner by the windows and a big round table and all of us fit very comfortably. The waiter was fantastic, I wish I got his name but made our entire visit worth it all around. Never rushed us and we were able to enjoy the food and visit at our own leisure. I know my inlaws and their friends are pleased and we all will be taking them back again when they come back down:-) Food is good and prices are decent as well:) Friendly service from the time you walk in to the time you walk out. Very pleased and would recommend yes:)
