My family and I went here both aug 6-7. Both times we had a blonde haired lady make our coffees. The first day she was super rude to my mom, who asked for whipped cream on her drink, and was told they don't do that for her drink. And wouldn't even make her a specialty drink. The second day, we went and my dad and sister wanted to share a smoothie. When my dad asked for a second cup, she replied that she can't give out another cup. When he asked if he could buy another cup, she said you can't do that. She barely let us have another straw. Horrible customer service, we won't be going there again. Please replace this barista asap.
