Founded in 1958, the Luxco is among the leading marketers, bottlers, importers and exporters of alcohol beverage products. The company was founded as a private-label bottler of distilled spirits to the retail liquor trade. In addition to creating and promoting its own brands, Luxco made its first purchase of a major regional brand when it acquired the rights to Everclear Alcohol in 1980. Luxco has continued to enhance its product line by obtaining other regional brands. The company owns the rights to the following alcohol brands: Everclear, Caffe Lolita and Chapala Coffee liqueurs, Tvarscki, Boord's, Country Club, Ezra Brooks, Bourbon Supreme and Yellowstone bourbons, Canadian Deluxe, Canadian Springs, Arrow Cordials, Rebel Yell and Yago Sant Gria. Luxco is family owned and operated and maintains offices in St. Louis.
