Id shopped around for the car I wanted and found it at Crestwood. The purchase process was being handled through my out of state credit union. Aside from the overly anxious salesman calling several times within a fifteen minute time span the process was smooth. My bank sent a check and the car was paid in full. No warranty was offered during the final signing of papers. Two weeks and two days after driving the car home the car began overheating and after two mechanics we find out the car had a leaking radiator and needs to be completely replaced and Crestwood refuses to pay any portion of this repair even with the mechanic stating the issue had been going on prior to my purchase.Well, hundreds and one week later guess what? The car is still overheating because of a blown head gasket. Mind you this is all within almost a month. After a heated conversation I have consulted an attorney. Will it get us anywhere? Doubt it.
I've been buying cars from Crestwood Auto Sales for years now and have never had a problem. They are very honest people and Grant the owner will go out of his way to give you the best deal possible. I will never go to any other used car lot to purchase a car. Crestwood Auto Sales has been in business many years because they know how to treat people, be honest, and sell you a great used car at a great price
