They did a great job on my hair but when he was finished he started flatironing my hair (I did'nt ask for this) I thought he was just doing it as a nice extra because they were dead. well when we were done he charged me $40. He said that there was an extra charge for the flat ironing. Needless to say the manager doesnt come in untill the morning at which time I will be paying a visit. I dont go to fantastic sams to spent that much money on my hair. I go there because its supposed to be good quality at low prices.
