My Family and I have had to use this practice several time when our regular doctor's office was closed. We have never had to wait any longer than we already wait for our regular physician. Several times they have called us the next day to follow up after the appointments. We will continue to use them when needed in the future.

My daughter was bitten by several ticks last week. She began to feel very sick with a fever and body aches. She went to this facility where she waited an hour and a half to be seen. She was given an antibiotic and blood was drawn to test for Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever and Lyme Disease. She called them 3 days later to find out if she tested positive and was told her they would mail her the results. It is now 8 days later and they have not mailed them. She just called them and they were very curt with her. They told her they would mail them when they were ready. I also use this medical center and, even though I have not had this type of issue, I have always had to wait an exorbitant amount of time to be seen. My family will be finding another office to use in the future.
