I have had good experiences every time I have been to this restuarant-even when just getting takeout, the food has always been very good. Plainly put...I am not a steak eater but they have amazing filet mignon. The only issue I have with the restaurant is that it is on the loud side-due to the bar like atmosphere, the volume of the music and the dancing and singing by the staff...but if your plan is to go to this restaurant you are to expect this. The staff I have had has always been very courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Some of the food was quite good, ie the rolls with cinnamon butter. The onion bloom appetizer was tasty and hot. The service was terrible, the restrooms(1 hour after opening) dirty. Flies buzzing around our table. Very noisy bar-like atmosphere. My salad consisted of wilted, brown romaine topped with undercooked mashed hard-boiled eggs. My prime rib was served cold, and too salty. It was covered with undercooked onions(I was charged $2 for those, questioned this and waitress rudely said that's how much they cost. Had she mentioned this when offering onions I'd have passed.)Asking to have left-overs wrapped, prompted the server to drop boxes off at the table so we could do it ourselves. The prices are deceiving, extra hidden charges put them right up there with the other steakhouse chains. However the quality is not up there with them. Might be a fun bar to drink and eat peanuts at, but the overall dining experience was bad. In the end, just a check dumped on the table, no coffee?
