Founded in 1992, Gateways to Change is a private, nonprofit organization that offers various community-oriented services. It serves people with developmental disabilities through specialty programs and services. The organization provides community-based behavioral medical care services related to mental health, juvenile justice, drug and alcohol rehabilitation, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and foster and elder care.
