I highly recommend this facility for any type of repairs. I had major engine work done ( timing belt replacement) and was very happy with repair. All the people were very helpful and understanding to my concerns. The facility is very clean and located in a very convenient location. It is within walking distance of a coffee shop and eating places.I have been going their for years and will continue to do so. George Daigneault

My Fiance and I were running around trying to complete our list of errands 2 days prior to our wedding when we had the misfortune of picking up a screw in our rear tire. It was just not what we needed to have happen if you know what I mean. We took a shot and stopped into D & M as she had had some work done to her vehicle there in the past. I explained the situation to the friendly young man at the counter and he just checked to make sure he had a tech available as it was close to lunch time. He came back and told me it would be aprroximately 20 mins and then another 15 to make the repair. Well, to our pleasant surprise someone was bringing the car in within 5-10 minutes and it was repaired in probably less than 10 minutes. And to our delight it only required plug without replacing the whole tire. The icing on the cake they told us it was on the house as a wedding present. It just doesn't get any better than that. Received poor customer service. Staff was not helpful or friendly when discussing issues about repair. Made promises as to the vehicle being done and then only to find out not ready because there was a delay in getting parts from a junkyard. Personal effects missing from car because it was left out with doors unlocked. No apologies or compensation, charged for days waiting for parts.
