Told them when I called what insurance I had and at my first appt I gave them my prescription. After the appt they said they had to send the prescription in to my insurance for approval and I told them it wasnt needed. They just ignored what I said and told me they will call me in a few days when it's approved. Never got that call until... One week later I get a message saying that my appts didnt need preapproval (Duh! That's what I told them!) And to call them for an appt ASAP. I was suppose to have therapy 3 times a week and now a week has lapsed... If the office staff doesnt know what they are doing...What does that say about the staff working on my therapy???????
